In mid-2009, Pastor Paul and New Beginnings Fellowship issued a declaration for the church moving forward. This declaration is to unite our body of believers towards common goals of the church, as well as identify before God a decree that we intend to see come to fruition. The declaration is as follows:
The following DECREE has been officially and properly executed, sealed and DECLARED and Established on May 17, 2009 for God’s Glory only:
I. It is DECREED an “Open Heaven” shall immediately open above New Beginnings Fellowship church and New Beginnings Christian Counseling Center and related properties and buildings. This Open Heaven is hereby sealed by and with the Blood of Jesus and angelic protection and no unholy spirit, person or force shall ever have access to or through this portal.
II. It is DECREED that New Beginnings Fellowship church and New Beginnings Christian Counseling Center shall experience immediate revival and the sustained move of God with continuous and undeniable signs, wonders and miracles.
III. It is DECREED that the Tampa Bay area will experience the awakening move of God and through which every corner of the world will be touched.
IV. It is DECREED that the members of and those who are positively associated with New Beginnings Fellowship church and New Beginnings Christian Counseling Center shall immediately receive unhindered prosperity, health and deliverance AND shall fulfill God’s Plan and Purpose for their lives with divine acceleration in divine timing AND that people, who are serious about their relationship with Jesus, shall be drawn to become members or associates of New Beginnings Fellowship church from all over the world.
V. It is Decreed that the members of and those who are positively associated with New Beginnings Fellowship church and their households shall receive the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, the baptism of the Holy Spirit and have deep intimate relationship with Jesus Christ and shall live for Jesus and shall endure to the end with their names written into Lamb’s Book of Life.
VI. It is Decreed that every person in a ministry, staff, support, volunteer, oversight, counseling, or other position representing New Beginnings Fellowship church and New Beginnings Christian Counseling Center and every person that ministers to or on behalf of New Beginnings Fellowship church and New Beginnings Christian Counseling Center shall be pure and holy before the Lord with clean hands and pure hearts or shall be removed from the ministry by God until such time they are fully restored.
VII. It is Decreed that New Beginnings Fellowship church shall rapidly become debt free and prosperous for the works and will of Jesus Christ.
VIII. It is Decreed that all those decreeing and declaring and benefiting from this Decree hereunder (individually and collectively) shall immediately have the protection of God, including His angels and the Blood of Jesus from any retribution, revenge or attack from the kingdom of darkness.
This Decree has been Officially and Legally Executed, Sealed and DECLARED and is Hereby ESTABLISHED and carries the FORCE OF LAW by the Authority, Blood and Power of JESUS CHRIST.
